When logging into the mystyles wardrobe, can you ask Username & Password instead of asking for email and password. With users having merged accounts, the email doesnt always work.

The problem with that is that if they have a profile name change I can't detect that

merged accounts use the primary email to login into uv. if the users uvd account is their secondary uv account, the user has a duhhhh moment and tries to use their primary account email to log into mystyles wardrobe. this doesnt work, then they email support mail asking why.

i then tell them to use their uv username to log in, which works.

then it sounds like the issue is solved

it sounds like the whole "merging UVD information into one" aspect

the problem comes to unmerging UV profiles, then having multiple or unpurchased UVD outfits scrambled between accounts

uvd outfits only ever remain in the account they were purchased from

once you merge information together under 1 common item, it's impossible to separate

two more ppl had the problem i had with outfits auto unpublishing themselves minutes after being posted. the deleted the entry and re posted and it was fine. but maybe its a glitch if its happened to 3 ppl now in the matter of weeks.
