Not only did I acquire the complete 1996 Disney Band Trip video, but I also acquired the 1992 video as well. Both of the videos were the original masters, so the final video quality is beyond top-notch for the age of the content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLmM9hk9ggxioKmP_b4qlEv8Ua5YmZNhmg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">I&#8217;ve made both videos available as a YouTube playlist<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Complete Video<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Sweet Home High School Disney Band Trip (March 15, 1996)\" width=\"648\" height=\"486\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/0ZC_Q6DcQUE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Journey (Summarized)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First, there was <a href=\"\/index.php\/2021\/04\/02\/this-one-time-in-symphonic-band\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">This one time in Symphonic Band\u2026<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then, I got a heart-stopping yearbook with <a href=\"\/index.php\/2021\/04\/01\/the-hunt-for-a-25-year-old-video\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Hunt for a 25 Year Old Video<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From the yearbook I did a recap with <a href=\"\/index.php\/2021\/03\/17\/the-hunt-for-a-20-year-old-video-6-years-ago\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"\/index.php\/2021\/03\/17\/the-hunt-for-a-20-year-old-video-6-years-ago\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Hunt for a 20 Year Old Video [6 Years Ago\u2026]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fast forward to February 2023 I decided to write the JoAnn Daken, the widow of John Daken, about locating the videocasettes that might still be around. I wrapped up the letter with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cYou miss 100% of the shots you don&#8217;t take.\u201d Usually letters like this are long shots, especially looking for a piece of history from almost 30 years ago. I feel it\u2019s time to take the shot before it&#8217;s too late.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I got no response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then I ended up going to Susan, the daughter, mentioning the videocasettes and the letter I sent. She mentioned that she was pretty sure they were thrown out but she was going to double check.
