April 5, 1994<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The day that Kurt Cobain died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was 12 years old at this time. I was living at 215 Kaymar Dr, Buffalo, NY 14228.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don’t have any memory of any news or media about this event, so…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

August 31, 1997<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The day that Princess Diana died in a car crash in Paris, France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was 15 years old at this time. I was living at 4105 US-62, Kennedy, NY 14747.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We were watching the film Michael with John Travolta using Primstar, a Satellite TV system we were using. We had purchased that specific movie to watch, and when the movie was over we change the station to news and were directly informed of this event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

April 20, 1999<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The day of the Columbine High School massacre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was 17 years old at this time. I was living at 4105 US-62, Kennedy, NY 14747.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

School was out and I had went with my best friend Olivia Johnson to her Grandmothers house. We had taken a bus from Falconer to Jamestown and arrived at 400 E 6th St, Jamestown, NY 14701. She had lived upstairs and on entering in I recall it was on cable news on a 19″ television.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

September 11, 2001<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The day where 4 airplanes were highjacked and flew into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was 19 years old at this time. My address was considered to be 34 Flagg Ave, Jamestown, NY 14701 with friends. The house was owned by Jason Swartz, and his father, Duncan Swartz<\/a> lived upstairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The attacks happened early in the morning and I had just woken up from a good nights sleep at my future brother-in-law Michaels upstairs apartment at 563 E 2st St, Jamestown, NY 14701. On waking up I turned on the TV and changed the station to Headline News, my morning habit. It was already showing the fire coming from the first tower and I felt the coverage to be insignificant to the point where I changed it to CNN. After a bit of disbelief I saw the second plane hit live on TV and sat with disbelief.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

July 7, 2005<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

London bombings, also called 7\/7, was a series of 4 coordinated terrorist suicide attacks targeting London public transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was 24 years old at this time. My address at this time was somewhere…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

February 29, 2020<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The day of the first US Death of Lab-confirmed COVID-19<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was 38 years old at this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

January 6, 2021<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The day of the United States Capitol attack in Washington, DC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
